Please note we accept exchanges only for wrong or damaged products. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to exchange only according to these policies:

All custom orders and pre-order items are Final Sale and may not be returned, as these pieces are made-to-order.

However exchange is permissible in cases of defect, irregularities or wrong products, you must return the item within 7 days of order receipt. Consumers Act entitles the buyer to choose any of the following alternative remedies;

• Repair of the product, in whole or in part.

• Replacement of the item with a like or equivalent product.

Please email us at client@amoretto.com to start the return process and receive authorization. We will send you an email / text message return confirmation, but please note shipping is nonrefundable and the cost of return shipping will be charged at the time of your return. Once you’ve received the return confirmation, you have 5-7 days to send it back to us.

Returned merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and must not be worn or altered in any way.  We reserve the right to deny any returns or exchanges if the pieces sent back to us are in poor condition, after 5 days of receipt of your order, on styles noted Final Sale, or without prior authorization.

Returns should be accompanied by the original receipt.
