SHIPPING OPTIONS

The shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address, your time of purchase and item availability.

1. Personal Pickup - FREE  

​

• Pickup at any LBC Branch - You may pickup your order at any LBC branch near you.

​

• Pickup point in Mandaluyong - You may pick up your order at California Garden Square, Mandaluyong City. Please bring your photo ID and present your order details. To have your order picked up by someone else, you will need to notify us. Your representative must also show ID.

2. Home delivery

​

• Delivery via LBC: With parcel delivery insurance - 250.00 PHP / FREE (Orders over 8,995.00 PHP Promo runs until December 30)

​

• Delivery via Grab or Lalamove - Shipping fee will be shouldered by the customer

​

​

* For order/s below PHP 8,995, we ship our products via LBC with parcel delivery insurance - 250.00 PHP 
The estimated delivery time will be between 5-8 working days, depending on the delivery address and the availability of the product.

Shippings are made from Mondays to Saturdays.

SECURED SHIPPING

​

Rest assured we do our best to give you the best service and safest transaction for every order. To ensure the secured delivery of your order, we protect your package or gift box with an outer box and use enough packaging material to secure the presentation container within the outer box. We ship through trusted couriers with the right amount of Declared Value coverage / insured shipping. This added insurance is FREE of charge. This will protect the shipments for the risk of loss during transit.

Once we send the shipment details, you will be solely responsible for your product from the moment of delivery and receipt by you or the person you have named and authorized, or in the absence of any such authorized person, to any adult who shall receive the Products at the delivery address.

Amoretto Fine Jewelry Ltd.  will not be responsible for any damages that may occur to your product during shipment or delivery under any circumstances. Receipt of Amoretto occurs when we sign for, inspect and accept a box or envelope.

IN CASE OF LOSS DURING TRANSIT

In the event of a claim with the insurer or shipping company, you are responsible for providing proof of purchase, proof of shipment and any other required documentation to the shipping company. We can help you with the reimbursement process, but we will not be responsible for providing insurance or obtaining insurance reimbursement.

Amoretto is the “shipper” or “receiver” in name only in order to expedite and facilitate the shipping process.

Please review carefully and make sure you understand these terms before you engage in our services. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding the shipments of your products should be directed to the shipping courier.
